SHIPPING POLICY

After checkout once the order is confirmed we will provide you with a shipping confirmation mail with the tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. Please allow 14 – 28 business days of shipping & handling and 3 – 14 days for delivery once item is shipped out. Shipping time depends on your location. Due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.

RETURN POLICY

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, please note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, new condition with all original tags attached.For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 14 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

If items are damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • IMPORTANT: A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
